The GMT-6 and GMT-10 feature a double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The bottom of the kettle is of hemispherical design for superior heat circulation. The kettle interior is constructed with 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. The stainless steel mounting legs have the steam supply and condensate within the legs and the right leg fitted with a steam control valve for the kettle. The kettle is fitted with a tilt handle and heat resistant knob, allowing the kettle to be tilted forward past 90° for complete emptying.
The kettle is mounted on a cabinet base with full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3” (76 mm) deep sinks with drain, grate and splash guard, gas boiler with controls, hinged door with magnetic catch, removable side panels and 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs fitted with 4 adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor, all #4 stainless steel exterior with aluminized steel back. Steam manifolds concealed within cabinet are fitted with a safety relief valve and a steam trap for each kettle.The kettles and boiler shall be ASME code stamped and National Board registered. Water treatment system, electronic ignition, CSD-1 boiler controls, and split water line come standard.
