Constructed with a satin-finish 304 stainless steel exterior, these steamers feature a one-piece, welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The door is built with a removable inner stainless steel liner and a full perimeter gasket seal to ensure a tight, energy-efficient closure. The outer door liner is made from one-piece welded stainless steel, featuring a positive lock and seal mechanism with a spring release for hassle-free operation.

The EPXN units come equipped with removable stainless steel pan supports and a steam diffuser plate, ensuring even steam distribution and consistent results. The control housing is constructed from stainless steel and includes a full-access removable panel for easy maintenance. The controls are designed for ease of use, featuring an illuminated timed cooking/off/constant steam switch, a ready indicator light, a cooking indicator light, and a 60-minute electric timer with an audible alarm that signals the end of the cooking cycle. Additionally, a low water indicator light with an audible alarm alerts the user when water levels are too low. For added safety, a door interlock switch interrupts steam generation when the door is open and automatically reactivates when the door is closed.
