


The SC-2 and SC-3 are constructed from all-welded type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish. The doors feature a removable aluminum liner with a full perimeter gasket seal, a one-piece welded stainless steel outer shell, and a wheel-and-screw closing mechanism. The doors open 180° and latch upon closing with a clear opening of 10-1/4” x 26-3/8” (260 mm x 670 mm). Compartment operation is set at a maximum pressure of 6 psi (41 kPa). Each compartment includes universal pan supports, with optional sliding shelves supporting two full-size (1/1 gastronorm) pans.
The control housing is #4 finish stainless steel with a removable access panel. Each compartment is independently controlled by an automatic timer with visible and audible signals. At the end of the cooking cycle, the controls automatically shut off, exhaust steam, drain condensate, and sound an audible signal until manually turned off. Standard features include a water treatment system, automatic boiler blowdown, and split water line.
The cooker is mounted on a cabinet base with a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, steam coil boiler with controls, hinged doors, and 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs with 4 adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor. The exterior is finished with #4 stainless steel.
