GMT-10-6

The Crown GMT-10-6 is a gas-fired, self-contained steam kettle featuring a double-wall interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower two-thirds of the kettle, ensuring efficient heat distribution. The hemispherical bottom design enhances heat circulation, delivering superior cooking performance. The kettle interior is constructed from type 316 stainless steel, ideal for handling high-acid content products.

Each kettle is mounted on a cabinet base with a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, and includes a hot and cold water faucet with control valves. It also features a 3” (76 mm) deep sink with drain, grates, and splash guard for added convenience and easy maintenance. The unit is equipped with hinged doors with magnetic catches, removable side panels, and 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet on the front and flanged adjustable feet on the rear, providing secure floor mounting. The exterior is finished in durable #4 stainless steel, with an aluminized steel back.

The stainless steel mounting legs are designed to house the steam supply and condensate, with the right leg equipped with a steam control valve. Each kettle comes with a tilt handle and heat-resistant knob, allowing the kettles to tilt forward beyond 90° for complete emptying.

The unit also includes steam manifolds concealed within the cabinet, each fitted with a safety relief valve and steam trap for optimal safety and performance.
