Electric Floor Tilt Skillet 40 Gallon — 18KW, 208V, 1PH

The ETS-30 and ETS-40 skillets are built for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens, offering exceptional durability and convenience. The skillets are crafted from one-piece, 10-gauge T-304 stainless steel with coved corners, featuring a #4 exterior finish and a polished interior with etched gallon markings for easy portioning. Heating is achieved through electric elements embedded in a 1-3/8” (35 mm) thick aluminum casting bolted to the underside of the pan, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface for consistent cooking results.

The pan pivots on side trunnions connected to the gear and control consoles, which are drip-proof and clad in stainless steel for enhanced durability. The consoles are supported by a robust, all-welded 1-5/8” (41 mm) stainless steel pipe frame, with adjustable bullet feet on the front legs and flange-adjustable feet on the rear legs, allowing the unit to be securely mounted to the floor. The skillet features a worm and gear tilt mechanism, enabling the pan to tilt forward manually for easy and complete emptying of contents.

For precise control and safety, the ETS-30 and ETS-40 come with integrally mounted controls in the left console, including a thermostat, power switch, and pilot light. A high-limit thermostat on each element assembly automatically shuts down the unit if the thermostat fails, providing added safety during operation. The skillet also includes convenient features like a spring-assisted hinged stainless steel cover with a handle, no-drip condensate guide, a vent port with a swing cover, and a removable pour strainer for easy use.

Operating in a temperature range of 160°F to 445°F (71°C to 229°C), with a high-temperature safety cut-off at 500°F (260°C), the ETS-30 and ETS-40 skillets offer both versatility and reliability for a wide range of cooking applications.
